Dental Benefits (Insurance)

We will file a claim for each of your visits and, in most cases, accept assignment of the benefits.  You will only need to pay your deductible and the percentage directed by your policy

We are always willing to discuss payment plans with you. Please feel free to ask about alternative arrangements, such as Care Credit or Capitol One.  We also accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
